1. Project Initiation

This meeting will be followed by a comprehensive fee proposal tailored to your specific project.

2. Schematic Design

We will commence the creative process by conducting any necessary information gathering, researching and investigating relevant design references and solutions, developing design concepts, beginning to source initial products and materials and refining our ideas for your project.


3. Development Day

It takes a village to execute a project. We gather professionals early on to investigate possibilities, constraints and opportunities for greatness based on their individual expertise. We also formulate quotes, build relationships and extrapolate ideas collaboratively to get the best possible outcomes for your project.
       Further refinement of your design concept takes place with the input of trade professionals as well as feedback from you as the client. Pricing is obtained to allow informed decision making and we sit down to review the design holistically with imagery, samples and excitement.


4. Construction Documentation

A comprehensive package of construction documents including plans, elevations, detail drawings and specification schedules is compiled for the purposes of final quoting and construction.


5. Design Management

We gather, allocate, book and order from the various suppliers, contractors and professionals required to execute your unique project design. We orchestrate purchase orders, place deposits and payments, request samples for approval, calendarise deliveries and complete a raft of other administrative and organisational tasks behind the scenes to ensure the smooth execution of your project.
       We schedule and track the unfolding of your project with as little disruption to you as possible, providing you with periodic updates, managing delays, shortages and other project issues as they arise. We conduct site visits, oversee deliveries where applicable, ensure outcomes are executed as per design intentions, manage payments and request your approvals and feedback with recommended solutions that always prioritise and protect the big picture outcome of the project.


6. Project Completion

We provide everything you need to maintain your new space with care, document it with photography and celebrate.
